Jerzy Rostworowski is an advocate, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the banking and finance team.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2014, also completing a course in US law organised in cooperation with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. In addition, he completed an international business and trade summer law programme organised by the above-mentioned universities. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2014, he completed internships in Polish law firms and a governmental institution (the State Treasury Solicitors’ Office).
A specialist in banking law, restructuring & insolvency law, and commercial law, he has advised clients (both banks and borrowers) on a wide range of financing transactions, including transactions involving leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and complex refinancing. He has participated in issuances of bonds, M&A transactions, and the negotiation of security documents.
