Ewa Bober

Ewa Bober is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of equity capital markets team.

Experience and education:

A specialist in corporate law, with a particular focus on capital markets transactions and securities regulations, for over 19 years, Ewa has advised issuers (from many different sectors), selling shareholders and investment banks on all aspects of international and domestic public offerings and private placements of equity and listing procedures. She also provides comprehensive legal assistance to public companies, and advises clients in connection with tender offers, delistings, buy-backs and M&A transactions involving public companies.

She graduated, with distinction, from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2004, also completing a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for the Study of English and European Law at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge, and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2010.

The prestigious legal ranking publication Chambers & Partners has featured Ewa Bober since 2014, and since 2018 it has ranked her as one of the best specialists in Poland for equity capital markets. According to recent reports, Ewa Bober climbs up the rankings this year as a result of positive market feedback. Her experience spans ECM and public M&A transactions, encompassing shareholder exits and IPOs, representing both companies and underwriters. Clients commend her dedication, one recalling: “she did really well under the stressful circumstances,” while another adds: “she’s very good, very patient, she’s trying to find a solution for a client.”

Another prestigious legal ranking, The Legal 500, recommended Ewa for capital markets in its 2019 and 2020 editions. According to recent reports, Ewa Bober has a strong track record and composure.
