Anna Aranowska is an advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the financial regulatory team.
Anna specialises in corporate law, M&A transactions and regulatory issues regarding financial institutions. She has been involved in advising domestic and international companies on IPOs, private equity and M&A transactions, as well as corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2017 and completed law student exchange programmes at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Northeastern Illinois University. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked at the Warsaw office of an international law firm as well as completed internships at other international law firms with offices in Chicago and Warsaw.
