Aleksandra Dobrzyńska-Grezel is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2008, also completing post-graduate studies in copyright, press and publication law at the Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2013. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2011, she worked for more than two years in a Warsaw law firm and completed several internships in renowned Polish law firms in Krakow and Warsaw.
She is a specialist in commercial, corporate, environmental, and intellectual property law. Aleksandra has advised private equity funds and clients operating in, inter alia, the leasing, power, and food industry sectors in connection with M&A deals and joint ventures. She has experience advising founders on the sale of their companies. She has conducted legal due diligence investigations of companies from various industries. She has also advised issuers, selling shareholders, and investment banks on all aspects of international and domestic public offerings and private placements of securities.
