Weronika Iskierska is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the energy and natural resources practice.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2022. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2020, she worked for a Polish law firm in Kraków.
A specialist in corporate and energy law, she has been involved in providing energy-related regulatory advice, in particular for the purposes of M&A transactions in the energy sector, including the renewable energy sector. She has participated in a number of legal due diligence investigations of various entities, particularly in the energy sector. In addition, she has been involved in advising contractors and contracting authorities on public procurement law.
