Viktoriia Dobrynska

Viktoriia Dobrynska is Ukrainian law-qualified attorney-at-law, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice.
She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2011. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2022, she worked for the law firm in Ukraine.
A specialist in corporate law, she has worked on M&A and private equity transactions for Ukrainian and international clients from various industries, including private equity, investment banking, infrastructure, information technology and retail. Her experience includes advising on corporate law and corporate governance matters, providing legal assistance to foreign entities in respect of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, conducting legal due diligence investigations, as well as advising on transaction structuring.
