Patryk Modrakowski is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the regulatory team.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2021 and completed a course in American law organised by the Center of American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the Emory University School of Law in 2021. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2022, he worked for renowned Polish and international law firms.
Patryk specialises in corporate and securities law, M&A transactions and regulatory issues in the financial sector. His experience includes providing comprehensive corporate and regulatory advice to Polish and international entities, including participants of the financial market. He participated in various private and public M&A transactions, specifically mergers, demergers and asset acquisitions, including in connection with legal due diligence investigations of companies from various industries. His experience also includes intellectual property and data protection related matters.
