Patrick Koźliczak is an advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the real estate practice.
A specialist in real estate law, he has participated in a number of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of investment real properties, and office and warehouse buildings. He has also assisted in projects concerning real estate development, joint ventures, financing and due diligence examinations.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2017 and completed a course in US law at the Center for American Law Studies organised in cooperation with the Georgia State University College of Law, Emory University School of Law and the University of Warsaw.
