Lukasz Lech is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the energy & natural resources practice.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw in 2010 and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge in 2009. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2014. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2021, he worked for a leading international law firm present in Poland. Between November 2017 and November 2018 Lukasz was the interim head of legal practice in Poland at one of the global leaders in the renewable energy sector and the world’s fourth-largest wind energy producer.
A specialist in energy-related advice and environmental law, he has worked on a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A and project financing transactions concerning energy and infrastructure assets, including a number of investment projects concerning on-shore and offshore wind and solar power. His wider experience covers renewable energy sector-specific commercial contracts.
