Lidia Bronicka is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2021 and also took part in the Erasmus programme at the University of Groningen. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2021, she completed several internships at Polish and international law firms.
A specialist in corporate law, she has worked on M&A and private equity transactions, including M&A deals involving public companies and legal due diligence investigations of various companies.
