Karolina Kłos is an advocate, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the equity capital markets practice.
A specialist in corporate law, with a particular focus on capital markets law, she advises companies from a variety of sectors, including regulated institutions. She has worked on numerous equity securities transactions and public M&A deals, including initial and secondary public offerings and tender offers. She has assisted issuers and their shareholders in respect of the reporting obligations of public companies listed on the WSE. Moreover, she has advised on regulatory proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2016 and participated in a course in American Law Studies organised at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2014.
