Justyna Niezgoda is a trainee attorney-at-law, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the competition/antitrust practice.
A specialist in competition law, she has worked on matters concerning merger controls, consumer protection and state aid. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked for law firms based in Kraków and completed an internship in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2021 and studied at the University of Maribor as a participant of the Erasmus programme.
