Jerzy Rostworowski is an advocate, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the banking and finance team.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2014, also completing a course in US law organised in cooperation with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. In addition, he completed an international business and trade summer law programme organised by the above-mentioned universities. He joined Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2014. He qualified as an advocate in 2018.
He is a specialist in banking and finance matters, as well as in transactions involving debt finance. He has advised lenders and borrowers on a number of domestic and cross-border financing deals, and specifically on complex acquisition finance and refinancing transactions. He has worked on bond offerings and out-of-court restructuring procedures. His experience also covers advising clients, including private equity funds, on the financial aspects of M&A transactions.
