Jakub Szewczak is a trainee advocate and an associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2019 and completed a course in American law organised by the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with Emory University and Georgia State University in 2019. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort in 2020, he worked for a Polish law firm in Warsaw for several years.
A specialist in litigation, which includes advising on criminal, civil and commercial law matters, he has advised on various commercial litigation matters, as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings. His experience in criminal cases covers high-profile white-collar crime cases, in which he advised both the injured parties and those charged or accused of committing criminal offenses.
