Dr Jakub Rachwol

Partner

Dr Jakub Rachwol is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a co-head of the banking and finance practice.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2005 and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2011. Jakub also holds a Ph.D. from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2018, he worked for leading Polish and international law firms.

A specialist in acquisition finance, corporate finance, project finance, and banking and commercial law, he has significant experience acting for borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border finance transactions. He has also worked on numerous bond issues as well as factoring and restructuring projects.
