Jakub Krzemień

Partner

Jakub Krzemień is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2006, also completing a course in US law organised in cooperation with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. He also completed post-graduate studies in company law at the University of Warsaw in 2012. Jakub qualified as an advocate in 2011. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2016, he worked for leading Polish law firms.

A specialist in company law and real estate law, Jakub has advised domestic and international companies on corporate matters, M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, including in connection with restructuring processes, project finance, and legal due diligence investigations of companies from various industries.
