Jakub Bogucki

Jakub Bogucki is an associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort.

He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2022. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort in 2021, Jakub completed internships in the litigation department of renowned international law firm based in Warsaw and in Polish law firm in Cracow.

Jakub specialise in arbitration, civil and commercial disputes and commercial and company law. He worked in teams conducting both disputes before international arbitration institutes, e.g. Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the Court of Arbitration at the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC), as well as ad hoc arbitration under UNCITRAL Rules. He has experience in complex post-M&A (related to the representations and warranties and final price settlement), construction and contractual disputes. In addition, Jakub supported the litigation team in regulatory disputes and disputes related to the competition law violations.
