Izabela Skrzypczak is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the real estate team.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2015 and in the same year completed the American Law Program organised by the School of American Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University in co-operation with the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2020. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2020, she worked as a trainee for a leading international law firm and as an in-house lawyer for the Polish division of one of the biggest office developers in Central and Eastern Europe.
A specialist in real estate law, in particular investment and building processes, she has worked on private equity transactions, including advising clients on development, joint venture and construction investment projects, as well as taken part in many legal due diligence reviews of real estate. She has also participated in various transactions concerning the financing and refinancing of real estate.
