Izabela Jasion is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the competition/antitrust practice.
She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2020 and completed a student exchange programme at the University of Warsaw in 2019. During her studies, Izabela received a rector’s scholarship for the best students in each year of her studies and graduated in the top 1 percent of her class. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2020, she worked as a trainee for law firms based in Warsaw.
A specialist in antitrust law, in particular in competition law matters, including state aid issues, as well as Polish consumer law, specifically matters connected with the use of abusive clauses. Izabela has participated in a number of due diligence processes. She has advised companies from various industries such as energy generation, banking and TMT.
