Hubert Derdowski is an associate in the corporate department and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice of Rymarz Zdort.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk in 2021. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2021, he worked for a leading restructuring law firm in northern Poland.
A specialist in bankruptcy, restructuring and corporate law, he has worked on numerous restructuring and insolvency processes, as well as M&A and private equity transactions, including refinancing, reorganisation and joint venture transactions. Hubert has advised companies, debtors and creditors from various fields, including medicine, agriculture, banking, investment funds, construction and environmental protection.
