Honorata Skibicka is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate and a member of the employment practice of Rymarz Zdort.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2022, for several years, Honorata worked at a law firm that The Legal 500 EMEA named as being situated at the forefront of firms specialising in labour law, as well as for other individual law firms, where she advised on employment-related matters.
She specialises in what is broadly defined as labour law, which includes individual and collective labour law, as well as in flexible forms of employment. She is experienced in providing entities with comprehensive services in the field of human resources at every stage of employment relationships, from their commencement, to day-to-day support, through to the termination of employment contracts and court proceedings arising in connection with employment relationships.
She supports employers in their dealings with individual employees and various types of employee representative bodies, as well as in the course of restructurings and workplace transfers.
She has conducted numerous training courses on labour law. She is the author of several press articles on labour law.
