Filip Leśniak

Partner

Filip Leśniak is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2011 and also completed a course in US law at the Center for American Law Studies co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2010, he completed internships in Polish and international law firms.

Filip is a specialist in commercial company law, M&A transactions, and capital market regulations. He regularly advises private equity funds and the largest public and private companies from a variety of sectors, including regulated institutions. He advises on public offerings and accelerated bookbuilding processes, including transactions in the financial institutions sector. He has assisted issuers, selling shareholders, and investment banks on all aspects of public offerings and private placements of securities on international and domestic capital markets. He has also provided advice to various institutions in respect of regulatory matters and proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Moreover, he counsels issuers and their shareholders on the reporting obligations of public companies listed on the WSE.
