Filip Książczak is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the banking and finance practice.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2022 and completed a course in English law and practical legal skills organised by the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge in 2020. He also studied at the University of Barcelona as a participant of the Erasmus programme. He was actively involved in student organisations, in particular as the chairman of the Student Banking Law Association at the University of Warsaw. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2022, he worked for leading Polish and international law firms.
A specialist in banking and finance law, he has worked on finance transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and complex refinancing. His experience also includes advising clients on regulatory issues in the financial sector.
