Bartłomiej Skwarliński is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the equity capital markets practice.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2022 and completed both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2018 and 2021, respectively. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2021, he completed an internship in the crime unit of a Big Four firm and in the trade finance department of one of the largest Polish banks, in addition to other internships and work experience programmes.
A specialist in corporate law, he has worked on equity securities transactions, including initial public offerings.
