Artur Ciechomski is a senior associate in the tax department of Rymarz Zdort.
He graduated from the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw in 2006. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2019, he worked in the financial institutions department in two of the Big4 accounting firms and completed internships with one of the largest banks in Poland.
He has worked on matters for and provided ongoing tax advice to entities from the financial and aviation sectors, which has included, inter alia, conducting tax reviews, providing tax structuring advice in respect of financial products, conducting tax due diligence processes, advising on the tax implications in securities trading, creating tax capital groups and advising on the Mandatory Disclosure Regulations (DAC6).
