Anna Wądołowska-Widurek is an advocate, an associate and a member of the employment practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
Anna provides comprehensive support to organisations in matters related to employment, compensation and taxation. In this respect, she has participated in or carried out various projects concerning flexible forms of engagement, restructurings, workplace transfers, incentive schemes and sector-specific requirements in regard to remuneration. She also facilitates employers in solving day-to-day HR challenges through advising on labour law at every stage of employment relationships. Anna has worked on many M&A and private equity transactions, including taking part in legal due diligence investigations, post-transaction integration and ongoing post-transaction HR advisory.
Prior to joining the law firm, she worked in the employment team of one of the M&A law firms in Poland as well with the tax and legal departments of some of the big four companies, specialising in PIT, social security, global mobility and HR consulting.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2018.
