Anna Krzanicka-Burda is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort, and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2014. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2018. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2020, she worked for more than seven years in the restructuring departments of international and domestic law firms.
A specialist in restructuring and bankruptcy law, she has been involved in many restructuring and bankruptcy processes, including some of the most complex proceedings ever conducted, in respect of which she has advised financial institutions, including institutions acting as secured creditors, and investors. She has also participated in transactions involving distressed asset acquisitions, including those performed as part of formal proceedings.
