Andrzej Granat is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the energy & natural resources team.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2017. In addition, he took part in the Erasmus programme at Humboldt University of Berlin in 2016, and in 2013 completed a course in British law organised by Cambridge University. He qualified as an advocate in 2021. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2017, he worked for international law firms based in Warsaw.
A specialist in energy law, he has been involved in providing energy-related regulatory advice and advising clients in connection with M&A transactions in the energy sector, particularly in the areas of heat, renewable energy sources (photovoltaic and wind projects), natural gas and liquid fuels. Andrzej also has experience in providing advice on public procurement law to contracting authorities and contractors.
