Aleksandra Pietrzak is a trainee attorney-at-law and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in IP and corporate law, she has worked on legal due diligence investigations of various companies, as well as corporate reorganisations. She has been also involved in finance transactions, including bond issues and matters involving investment funds. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked for law firms based in Warsaw and completed an internship in Lisbon, Portugal.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2019 and completed a course in Spanish and European law organised by the Spanish and European Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in 2017. She completed student exchange programmes at University Pablo de Olavide in Seville and University of Valencia, Spain.
