Aleksander Jakubisiak is a trainee advocate and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2019 and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2018, he completed internships in leading Polish law firms.
A specialist in corporate law, he has been involved in advising clients in M&A and private equity transactions, as well as legal due diligence investigations of various companies.
