Agnieszka Jabłońska-Zachwieja is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the real estate practice.
A specialist in real estate law and administrative proceedings, she has provided legal advisory services in respect of acquisitions of real estate (including warehouses and retail parks) and has advised on lease agreements. Agnieszka has also been involved in projects concerning joint ventures. In addition, she has participated in a number of legal due diligence investigations of companies and assets. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked for Polish law firms. She has also completed internships at Polish law firms, a law firm in Vienna, other international law firms and a scientific institution.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2020, and completed a programme at the School of Austrian Law organised by the Jagiellonian University and the University of Vienna in 2019.
