Adrian Więsław is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the banking and finance practice.
A specialist in banking and finance, he has experience of advising the borrowers and the lenders on domestic and cross-border transactions on real estate finance, project finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance. Additionally, he has experience in the preparation of due diligence reports as regards banking and finance matters. Prior to joining the law firm, he worked in the banking and finance departments of leading international law firms.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw in 2016 and qualified as an advocate in 2022.
