Adrian Budny

Adrian Budny is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the M&A and private equity practice.

He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2022 and completed a course in English law and practical legal skills organised by the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge in 2020. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., he worked in the corporate departments of leading and renowned international law firms.

A specialist in commercial and corporate law, he has advised clients on M&A and private equity transactions, including complex cross-border and multijurisdictional deals, joint ventures, acquisitions involving public companies, as well as corporate reorganisations. He has also gained experience in regulatory transactions and initial public offerings.
