Adam Drgas

Adam Drgas is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the regulatory team.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2022 and also studied at Leiden University as an Erasmus+ participant. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2022, he worked at a Big Four firm, a boutique law firm in Krakow dealing with the regulation of the FinTech sector, and in the banking and finance practice of a leading international law firm in Warsaw.

A specialist in banking law, capital market and cryptoasset regulation, and other financial regulatory issues. He has been involved in advising on regulatory issues, including matters related to MiFID II, CRR and PSD II. He has also advised institutions in connection with regulatory proceedings concluded by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and in connection with drafting internal regulations.
