Małgorzata Banaszkiewicz
Senior Associate
Małgorzata Banaszkiewicz is a lawyer and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2016 and completed doctoral studies at the same Faculty of the University of Warsaw in 2021. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., she worked in the corporate department of a leading international law firm in the CEE region and a renowned transactional boutique law firm.
A specialist in civil and corporate law, she has worked on M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting transaction documentation, and in connection with legal due diligence investigations. She has repeatedly advised clients on organised sales processes, including investors’ exit transactions from their investments.
