Job description:
The incumbent will participate in projects led by the Corporate Department comprising the provision of comprehensive legal assistance to international and Polish clients, including private equity funds, corporate clients and public companies, in connection with complex M&A transactions.
Requirements:
- a university degree in law, attorney-at-law/advocate trainee status or the professional title of attorney-at-law or advocate;
- at least two years of work experience in corporate law (with a focus on handling M&A transactions for international and Polish clients);
- a solid grasp of the pertinent legal issues gained from relevant transactional experience;
- experience in drafting and negotiating agreements;
- an excellent practical command of spoken and written English;
- very good communication skills;
- an ability to think analytically and logically;
- very good organisational skills;
- a capacity to deliver work-product with accuracy and timeliness;
- excellent teamworking skills, an ability to work under time pressure and a high degree of availability and flexibility; and
- a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
