New rules concerning control over certain non-EU investments in Poland

New rules concerning the control of the Polish antitrust authority over investments resulting in the acquisition of control or a significant shareholding in a protected entity by a foreign (non-EU) entity were proposed by the Polish government in a draft of anti-COVID regulations on 22 May 2020.
