Lawyer in the restructuring & insolvency department

Job description:

The person will be engaged in the work of the restructuring & insolvency department and provide comprehensive legal services in connection with complex restructuring and insolvency processes for domestic and international clients.


  • hold a university degree in law, be a trainee legal advisor, or an attorney-at-law or advocate admitted to practice in Poland;
  • at least 3-5 years of experience in a law firm in the field of restructuring and insolvency law;
  • experience in court proceedings in civil matters and enforcement proceedings will be an advantage;
  • experience in cooperation with trustees, court supervisors and managers will be an additional asset;
  • fluent command of English in speaking and writing;
  • very good communication skills, the ability to think analytically and logically;
  • very good organisational skills, accuracy, timeliness and responsibility;
  • ability to work in a team under time pressure;
  • availability; and
  • excellent interpersonal skills.
